WHAT IS MY HAUTE?
My Haute (MH) is based in Auckland, New Zealand, providing you with the finest selection of authentic pre-loved designer bags and accessories from your most coveted design houses. MH also provides a range of designer related services; including advice on how best to care for your designer piece, spa treatment and repair/ refurbishment options, as well as an online and in-house authentication & valuation service. MH is the chosen Authenticator of New Zealand's #1 pre-loved designer fashion marketplace 'Designer Wardrobe' when they require authentication of a luxury piece listed on their site. MH also works with insurance companies on claims, new policies and policy updates and works with a number of local pre-loved designer sellers and leading NZ auction houses, such as Webb's. MH also assists with the New Zealand police in obtaining a refund where a non-authentic item has been purchased.

WHAT DOES 'HAUTE' MEAN?
Haute translated literally from French means 'high' and is understood to be elevated, upper or fashionably elegant.

HOW IS 'HAUTE' PRONOUNCED?
The 'H' is silent, the word as a whole is pronounced much like 'Oat'.

ARE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE AUTHENTIC?
Yes. We value the fine craftsmanship and long history of genuine luxury and as collectors ourselves, authenticity is of the utmost importance to us. Every piece we have listed is guaranteed to be 100% authentic designer, has been subjected to an extensive authentication process, is independently verified and comes with our My Haute Carte d'Authenticité. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is also available on request, please let us know via the comments section when you place your order if you would like this to be included, or contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz.

WHAT IS THE 'MY HAUTE CARTE D'AUTHENTICITÉ' AND ARE ORIGINAL RECEIPTS AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDED?
Our My Haute Carte d'Authenticité is our individualised and serialised authenticity card that comes with all of our bags and accessories, guaranteeing your purchase from us is 100% authentic. We always list and photograph original purchase receipts and any accessories that are included with an item in detail, where accessories such as dust bags or original purchase receipts are included, you will find mention of this and be able to see these in the accompanying photos.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS AND WHERE CAN I FOLLOW YOU?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand and we are currently online only, for New Zealand customers, you can purchase from us on this site and you can also find us at 'Trade Me' under the username 'myhaute'. For international purchases, please contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz for a shipping quote. We are also always happy for a purchase from us to be collected in person from our Auckland Central City location where parking is also available. If you would like to do so, please select the 'Click & Collect' option at check-out and contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz to arrange a convenient time for you to collect. DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?
Every purchase made from us is gift-wrapped in white acid-free tissue paper and is tied with our personalised ribbon. If you are purchasing a piece as a gift and would like a personalised message included with your gift, you can leave us a note with your message in the comments section when placing your order, or contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND DO YOU ALLOW COLLECTION?
We are based in New Zealand and we currently offer shipping to New Zealand only, however if you live outside of New Zealand and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz and we can provide you with a shipping quote. We are online only, however we are always happy for a purchase from us to be collected by arrangement, please select the 'Click & Collect' option at check-out and contact us at shop@myhaute.co.nz to arrange a convenient time for you to collect from our Auckland Central City location, where parking is also available. Click & Collect is free of charge.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE AND WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
All prices on the site are displayed in New Zealand dollars and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal Express for credit card payments for Australian and New Zealand based customers. If you have a New Zealand bank account and would like to make an online transfer or deposit to our bank account, please select the 'Bank Deposit' option at checkout. DO YOU ALLOW LAY-BY?
We offer the option of lay-by for customers with a New Zealand bank account. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required upon completion of checkout. The remaining balance is due over a maximum period of 6 weeks in either weekly or fortnightly instalments. Please select the 'Bank Deposit' option at checkout and please add a note in the comments section that you wish to lay-by and we will be in touch to confirm your lay-by.
